Mr. McKellar has been a licensed patent attorney for over 50 years, with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Bio-Chemical, and Medical Technologies and Engineering. Having previously served as Chief Patent Counsel for Dow Corning, Mr. McKellar decided to open his own private practice. Over the years, he has prosecuted over 19,000 patent applications between the U.S. and foreign countries.

Ms. Brady has been a licensed IP attorney for over 25 years, with a background in Chemical Engineering. Having previously served as Assistant General Patent Counsel for Dow Corning, she seized the opportunity to join Mr. McKellar, and has been part of the firm for three years handling Trademark & Patent Applications. Over the years, she has prosecuted thousands of IP applications between the U.S. and foreign countries.
